Delivery Charge: Inside Dhaka Metropolitan Delivery Charge will be added BDT 70 and Outside Dhaka Metropolitan Delivery Charge will be added BDT 150.

 

Delivery Time: Delivery time within Dhaka Metropolitan is 3-5 Working Days. Delivery time outside Dhaka Metropolitan is 4-7 Working Days. International delivery time is maximum 25 working days.

 

Payment Method: Customer Can Pay through Bkash, Visa, Master Card or American Express by purchasing from www.teal.com.bd. Customer can also avail Cash on Delivery.

 

Exchange Policy: Customer can return the product during delivery when delivery person is present by paying the delivery charge. For size exchange, customer needs to contact by messaging through www.facebook.com/tealbd within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

International Shipping: TEAL provides shipping internationally. To shop online from anywhere from the world, customer has to place the order by providing the desired shipping address and must process the payment through any Visa, Master Card or American Express debit or credit card. After having a successful order, we will ship the ordered product through DHL. By 25 working days the product will be in customer’s doorstep. If customer changes his/her mind after taking the delivery and wants to exchange, customer has to pay both way shipping charge.
